Returns Policy
You can return Ready to Wear items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging. If you cannot return your items within 14 days of receipt of order, please contact us within this time frame. Items can only be returned outside of 14 days of receipt if approved in writing by ourselves.
Goods that are personalised, bespoke, resized, engraved or made-to-order to your specific requirements are custom orders, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present please contact us within a 14 day period.
We understand that many customers may prefer the option of paying with finance, that's why we're proud to be partnered with established credit brokers, Ideal4Finance, to enable you to spread the cost of your purchase with manageable monthly payments.
Check out our Finance Calculator to estimate your monthly repayments.
