
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of AMPM Luxury Goods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock & Inventory Management
- Uploading and managing stock across our website, eBay and other online platforms
- Keeping inventory synchronised across all sales channels
- Updating product descriptions, pricing and availability
- Managing incoming and outgoing stock
- Assisting with photography and content uploads for social media
Showroom Maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional showroom environment
- Ensuring displays are presented to luxury retail standards
- Assisting with stock checks and product organisation
- Supporting day-to-day operational tasks within the showroom
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong knowledge or genuine interest in luxury watches, jewellery and designer handbags
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using digital systems such as Shopify, eBay and social media platforms will be preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- Strong written communication skills
